Mr. Kobold, Langenpreising, Germany, operates a bull fattening farm since 1971 with approx. 150 animals at the moment. The bulls are kept in fully slatted pens. Since 2016 the new construction is covered with the curved LOSPA SB mats.

"The rubber mats are like an oasis for the bulls, they significantly contribute to animal health and welfare. Furthermore, the bulls achieve very high fattening performances on the mats. Before installing the LOSPA SB mats, the bulls were kept on bedded stalls. In comparison to this I could notice an additional weight gain of 50 kg per animal within 10 months on the rubber mats!"
